Article I: Data Governance

This Privacy Framework is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Vilio (the "Provider") operates as a data processor in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data.

Article II: Limitation of Cyber-Liability

While the Provider maintains technical safeguards, the Client expressly acknowledges that the digital transmission of data is subject to inherent risks.

Section 1. Nature of Agreement

Use of the Vilio platform constitutes a binding legal agreement governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Section 2. Financial Obligations

All Engine subscriptions are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable.
